Cody Bone has spent his life building.

Long before Aggieland Solutions was established, he was learning the trades alongside his father, maintaining and remodeling rental homes. After graduating high school, Cody worked as a pipeline welder in the oil and gas industry before returning to what he enjoyed most—building things that last.

He founded his first construction company in 2014, providing residential handyman and remodeling services throughout the Brazos Valley. As the business grew, so did the projects. In 2019, Aggieland Solutions was established with a vision of bringing the same hands-on craftsmanship and integrity to commercial construction.

Today, Cody leads commercial construction projects across Central Texas, from metal buildings and commercial renovations to government contracts and complex facility maintenance. He is known for his practical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to recognize potential issues before they become costly delays. Ask anyone who has worked with Cody, and they'll likely tell you the same thing: he doesn't chase shortcuts, and he doesn't guess. He listens first, asks thoughtful questions, and works through problems with confidence until the best solution is clear. His goal isn't simply to complete a project—it's to build something that will still be serving its owner years down the road.

While Cody leads construction operations, Susannah Bone oversees the business side of Aggieland Solutions. With a Bachelor of Business Administration, she manages accounting, marketing, and the systems that keep projects and communication running smoothly. Together, Cody and Susannah believe that successful construction requires more than technical expertise—it requires trust, clear communication, and a commitment to treating people well.

Married since 2019, they are raising two children while building a company rooted in faith, family, and service. When they're not on a jobsite or in the office, you'll often find them flying together, enjoying the freedom and perspective that comes from being above the Texas landscape they proudly call home.
